The 22 Major Arcana

Every point of the Matrix carries a number from 1 to 22, and every number is an arcanum, with its light and its shadow.

How to read them

In the Matrix there isn’t just one arcanum. The same arcanum says one thing in the Portrait, another in the Core and yet another in the Karmic Tail. Here you find the meaning of each; in your Matrix you see where it falls.

The Fool, which is zero in the tarot, is 22 in the Matrix.
