1. Who we are

The matricedeldestino.it website is operated by Lucernel LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming (United States). Readings and digital books are sold by the owner of the Italian business trading as Matrice del Destino. For any questions, write to info@matricedeldestino.it.

2. Using the site

By using the site you accept these terms. Calculating the Matrix is free and needs no account.

3. Readings and books

• Readings are PDF documents written from the birth date given in the order. They arrive by email within 48 hours of payment.
• Digital books are available right after payment.
• The price is the one shown in the order form before you pay. Payment is handled by Stripe.
• Check names and dates before paying: the reading is written from those details. If you made a mistake, write to us right away and we will fix it.

4. Withdrawal and refunds

Readings and books are digital content: we start preparing the reading and supplying the books right after payment. On the order form, before you pay, you tick a single box in which you ask for supply to start at once and acknowledge that, once it has started, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that consumers in the European Union have for distance contracts (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU), where you have one. We cannot take the order without that box. After payment we email you a confirmation of what you asked for and accepted.

We refund an order paid twice. If a reading does not reach you because of our mistake, we send it again or refund you. Write to info@matricedeldestino.it.

5. What the readings are

The Destiny Matrix is a method for knowing yourself. Readings and books offer ideas to reflect on and do not replace the advice of doctors, psychologists, lawyers or financial advisers.

6. Intellectual property

The website’s texts, readings, books, illustrations and graphics are protected by copyright. You may use your reading and books for yourself or, if they are a gift, for the recipient; you may not resell, publish or distribute them without the rights holder’s written permission.

7. Liability

We do our best to keep the site working and the content accurate. We are not liable for indirect damages from using the site, to the extent the law allows. The rights your country’s law gives consumers always apply.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; for purchases, the version in force on the day of the order applies.

9. Governing law

The terms of sale are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you retain the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence and may bring a claim before the courts that have jurisdiction under the applicable law.
