They rationally weigh their own strengths and flaws, trying to balance them with the traits of their partner. This couple prefers the relationship to follow a “right” path: getting to know each other, marriage, children, and so on. They do not accept living together, marriages of convenience, open relationships and the like.
Getting to know each other and meeting
The meeting of this couple may take place in places tied to the law or public order. These may be: law schools, courts, law firms, prisons, the police and other law enforcement. It could also be a traditional religious or family event.
Starting a relationship: pros and cons
People with arcana 8 are calm and rational, honest and direct, follow their own principles in life and want their partner to share their view of the world. For the family, it is important to have an equally fair and predictable partner, ready to build a comfortable, stable relationship. The couple needs to communicate more, openly expressing wishes and complaints.
The positive side
Kindred, honest, direct and predictable partners meet in the couple. They try to be themselves, without exaggerating their strengths. The relationship in these couples develops without conflict: gradually and predictably. All promises are kept, and there is no talk of betrayal. The couple marries officially, and may even sign a marriage contract. Children arrive at the right time, and the family atmosphere is traditional, a little boring, but very warm.
The negative side
In the search for the “right” or ideal partner, they cannot settle on anyone. They try to exaggerate their own strengths, while they see only flaws in the partner. As a result, they lose their balance and begin a relationship with the “wrong” person. This does not lead to creating a family, and they do not marry officially. They try to revive the relationship, but only make the situation worse.
